What People's Say About Place

We visited Kai Sushi to celebrate my wife's birthday! This restaurant has become a tradition for our family's special occasions and anniversaries because it always delivers happiness with its incredibly fresh and diverse menu. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. This time, we ordered the KAI Set and the Donkatsu. Everything was phenomenal, it was so delicious, we certainly didn't regret traveling to visit! If you're looking for a reliably excellent meal to celebrate a milestone, or just want the freshest sushi, Kai Sushi is the place

My husband and I stumbled upon this quaint restaurant while figuring out lunch. It definitely did not disappoint! Service was phenomenal. It was just one lady serving all the tables. Not sure if she was the owner, but she was amazing. Super welcoming, efficient, and friendly. The food was equally as amazing. We got karaage to start with and it was so crispy and juicy. It came with a sauce that tasted like gochujang, but it paired really well with the chicken. For the main course, I got a sake toro don which was so delicious! The fish was so soft and melted in your mouth. The bowl also felt visually beautiful as well. A great experience overall and I recommend a try!

I love Kai Sushi! After the first visit, I knew I would come back — every menu item is fantastic. The food is truly excellent. The Unagi Don is one of my favorites, and the Kai Roll was unique and delicious. My child ordered the Tonkatsu, which was very thick, tender, and full of flavor. It paired perfectly with the special sauce. The staff are always friendly, the food is consistently great, and waiting time is never long. The seating is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space between tables, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves sushi.

Done well and done right! Very fresh and well portioned. I could eat chirashi here daily. This restaurant is an obvious neighborhood favorite. Immediately after work hours, you will likely have to wait for a table. It’s worth the wait!

Kai Sushi has become more than just a restaurant for our family. it’s a place filled with happiness and special memories. The sushi and sashimi are always fresh and amazing, and the tonkatsu and udon are dishes our kids love as much as we do. Our 5year daughter even says that visiting Kai Sushi is the happiest moment of her life. That kind of joy says everything about the quality of the food and the warmth of the chef, who makes every visit feel so welcoming.

On a gloomy day, my husband and I had dinner here, and we left feeling absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We went without a reservation, but luckily there was a table available, so we didn't have to wait. We plan to make a reservation for our next visit.

Kai sushi is always solid. The staff is super attentive, polite, and friendly. The food is fresh and the crispy rice appetizer is a great palette starter and the establishment is clean. Highly recommend for lunch/dinner that’s both delicious and reasonably priced.

I couldn’t possibly express how much my partner and I love this restaurant. The ambience is charming, the staff is so sweet and attentive, and most importantly the food is consistently delicious. The quality and freshness of the fish relative to the price is worth it. It’s a small place that gets busy on Friday and Saturday night so try them on a weeknight and spend time trying the sashimi sampler to see what you like most that day. And if it’s a special occasion, call ahead and get the boat!! So worth it!!
